I am unable to transfer my funds even though I have done it successfully to this card many times. I am also unable to use my paypal balance to transfer funds to someone else. Help! I am located in Antigua.
As of yesterday I cannot click on the previous activity to see them as it just comes up with a blank page. Anyone else having this issue? How do I go about reporting it to PayPal? Thanks in advance!
